Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and other human services providers have the expertise, commitment and public trust that it takes to serve families and communities best. Agencies in attendance at the annual statewide training conference will have the opportunity to learn from their peers’ innovative efforts, experts in their fields and resources to increase their efficiency and impact. This conference acts as a hub to share approaches and access proven strategies to move families and communities forward – with topics ranging from building leaders to fiscal compliance to whole family approach and technology. 

Everyone should be able to take care of their families and have an opportunity at success. MinnCAP's Annual Training Conference supports Minnesota CAAs and other human service providers as they work to ignite economic growth and ensure hard working families can move into social and economic well-being.
